Model Kit Description

The kit will build a 7mm to the foot scale model of Brecon & Merthyr Railway “1” Class Locomotive

You can select options from either Stepehnson or Fowler builders.

Note this kit is packed to order so please allow 28 days for delivery. A 25% deposit is required with balance payable when ready to ship.

The kit contains:

Etched Nickel Silver frets for body and underframe

One-piece 3D printed Saddle tank/smokebox including chimney, dome and safety valve

3D Printed buffers sprung with steel heads

Requires Slaters 7849O/C 4'1 1/2" 12 Spoke (MR Well Tank)& motor/gearbox

1. Locomotives with vacuum brakes as at December 1920.

2. Locomotives which had their Ramsbottom safety valves replaced by Ross Pops by 1916.

3. Locations of engines as at Sept. 1922.

4. Sold in June 1936 to R. Frazer and Sons. It was resold in July of the same year to the Hazelrigg and Burradon Coal Co. in Newcastle. It was scrapped in 1944.
